I created a huge number of Artist research factsheets during my PGCE. The information for these was all found on the internet (please note I have not reworded any, merely copied and pasted). The idea behind the factsheets was to have a bank of resources for reference, both for myself and for students. I have printed all of these out and have them in separate folders (relating to style of art/design). I have made great use of them during my time teaching in a young offenders institute, and the learners like to select their own designers for inspiration to develop their ideas. This is one of a series of worksheets and factsheets I have created relating to Sneaker Collaborations. Each worksheet & factsheet set will be uploaded and available individually, and I will also offer it as a bundle (which would make a great project in Art / Design Technology / Fashion / Graphic Design). The sheets introduce lesser-known artists and designers, and feature on-trend sneaker styles. These sheets would be great either as a project, cover work, homework tasks, or self-directed tasks! I created these key word displays and laminated them for use in my classroom. They can also be used laminated as small reference cards. I tried to make the words visually appealing and creative, in order to inspire and help learners recognise key words and their definitions. These work well in a secure setting, however I have no doubt that they would also work in mainstream education. Feel free to ask any questions!

I use these worksheets to introduce young offenders (15-18) to a range of designers and artists.
